Did someone say free shipping? Yes, we offer free shipping for all of our custom pet portraits. We use a combination of Australia Post and other delivery partners to ensure that your portrait gets to you as soon as possible.

We're Flexible
Do you have a photo of your pet from 20 years ago? Is part of their ear cut off? Do you want to change the colour of their fur? No dramas! We're flexible on the photo that you upload and will always do our best in illustrating an amazing final portrait. We hand-illustrate our portraits using a pen and a computer tablet, so we can make any changes to your portrait even after we send you a draft.

Shortly after you order, we'll always write you a personalised email to let you know about the status of your portrait. It's not one of those computer generated ones - so make sure to keep an eye out.

We know everyone wants to see their pet portrait as soon as possible. We work around the clock to ensure timely delivery without compromising on quality. A proof of your pet portrait will be sent to your email within 3 business days, and if you're happy with it, then the physical print (if purchased) will be sent out to you on the next business day.
