We are extremely confident that you will love your pet portrait!

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or refunds. Your artwork is carefully illustrated by our talented artists specifically for you and your pet.

If you are unhappy with the final product, please get in touch with us. We are extremely proud of our pet portraits and we want to make sure all of our customers feel the same way. 

If you have received the wrong product, incorrect size, or a print that was damaged in transit, please let us know within 48 hours and we will send you a replacement straight away. 

We create our designs based off your uploaded photo. To ensure a high-quality artwork, please make sure that your photo meets our photo guidelines.
