Processing Times

We aim to ship out our orders within 7 business days of purchase. In periods of high demand, you may experience a slight delay. Any significant delays will be communicated to you via email. If you need a pet portrait by a certain date, please email our customer service team on support@paintmypets.com.au to confirm whether we are able to meet the delivery date.

Shipping Times

We work with a variety of shipping carriers to get your order in your hands as fast as possible. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Unfortunately we have no control of how long delivery will take once the package is dispatched.

We offer FREE shipping for all custom pet portraits.
